All customers should register with RiHaGo to buy or to sell. Some of your personal details are mandatory for registration. You may register online by filling the online registration form, visit our customer service counter at a live auction site or our office premises to fill in a registration form. Your details will enable us to process your payments for sellers and speed up the documentation process for buyers.

Once registered with RiHaGo, our customer service team will verify your details via email or by telephone. You will receive your user ID and password for logging in to the bid zone on the website. Once logged in to your account you are able to:-

  • View all Auctions
  • Access to search and bid (based on availability of the auction & deposit amount if required)
  • Top up your deposit to increase your buying power if required
  • Access various useful reports from buyer and seller perspective
  • Unlimited support from our customer service team
